Why has my eKYC submission been rejected?

When submitting eKYC, please make sure to use an identity verification document that is within its validity period, and confirm that personal information such as your name, address, and date of birth matches exactly with the Smartpay account information you registered.

You can check the information from Account > Personal Information on the app.

If the selfie you have taken is blurred, unclear due to being too bright or too dark, or if we cannot confirm a complete match with the photo on your identification document, it may not be approved.
Please take a photo with your entire face clearly visible, or use and submit an up-to-date photo ID, so that we can verify your identity.
