What if my card is stolen or canceled?

First of all, Smartpay is here to help.

If you have a payment due, Smartpay can take it from any alternative cards stored on your account. If your lost or stolen card is the only one in registered in Smartpay's system but you do have another card, you can add this extra card to the system and Smartpay can take your payment from that one. If you've got a payment coming up but you don't have any way to pay - get in touch with Smartpay support who will help to sort things out.
