What if my card is stolen or canceled?
First of all, Smartpay is here to help.
Even if you have a payment due, you can make a payment from the "Pay Now" button on the app if another card is stored in your account or if you register additionally. If you have no other payment method than the stolen or lost card, please contact the Smartpay Support Center.
