Can I delete credit card/bank details? (8 May 2024~)

You can delete your registered credit card or bank details on the Smartpay app as follows:

  • Log in to the Smartpay app.

  • From your account page, tap [Payment Methods] > the credit card or bank account information you wish to delete.

  • Tap [Delete].

*Registration of a default credit card is required. If you want to delete the card that has been set as the default, you need to set another card as the default before deleting the original one.

*If you delete the information of the credit card or bank account selected for payment at the time of order and there are still payments remaining, deductions will continue to be conducted from that payment method until a new default credit card is registered.

*If you are using Smartpay Bank Direct, it is required to register a credit card as a backup payment method.
