Can I delete credit card/bank details? (~7 May 2024)
You can delete your registered credit card or bank details as follows:
Log in to the Smartpay app.
From your account page, tap [Payment Methods] > the credit card or bank account information you wish to delete.
Tap [Delete].
*If there are any remaining payments, you cannot delete all payment methods until the payments are completed.
*If you delete the information of the credit card or bank account selected for payment at the time of order and there are still payments remaining, deductions will continue to be conducted from that payment method. Once all payments are completed, the information of that payment method will be automatically deleted completely.
