Can I change or add payment method? (~7 May 2024)
You can change or add payment methods from the Smartpay app. The method is as follows.
For credit cards:
Log in to the Smartpay app.
From your account page, tap [payment method] > [add a card] button.
Enter the credit card information.
*Please note that prepaid cards are not available.
For bank accounts:
Log in to the Smartpay app.
From your account page, tap [Payment Methods].
Verify with biometric identification or a PIN code.
Select your financial institution.
Agree to the transaction terms.
Enter your financial institution's account information.
You will be redirected to the financial institution's page, so complete the verification according to the instructions on the screen.
