Q1. What made you to adopt Smartpay?
A. We wanted to increase the payment option on our ecommerce site, and came across Smartpay while doing some research by ourselves.
Q2. What do you like about Smartpay?
A. For users, it is easy to pay in installments. For merchants, there are no upfront or monthly fees, and we can easily increase the payment options we offer.
Q3. Smartpay was just launched at that time, and there were few case studies. Didn't you have any hesitance to use it?
A. We are aware that BNPL is becoming popular worldwide, and therefor we had no reservation about it.

A. As a startup ourselves, we are not afraid of using new products. We are working daily on our business with the mindset that "if there are no examples, we should go out and create them."
Q5. Any last words?
A. It has been a while since we rolled out Smartpay. The customer success team has been quite supportive and we never had an anxiety about the product. We can also see Smartpay user interface is being improved on a regular basis, and we believe it will be even more convenient for customers to use in the future. Thank you Smartpay team!
