When do I get paid?

Settlement payments will be made based on the settlement processing time agreed between you and Smartpay. This settlement schedule can be found in your contract as well as in your Merchant Dashboard. The latter also includes the date of your next settlement.

• Smartpay merchant fees are calculated and deducted from each transaction prior to each settlement payout.

• Settlement payments are done by bank transfer. The time it takes to process the payment may vary with banks, but it usually takes a few days for the payment to be deposited into your bank account. Please, take the additional bank processing time into account for clearing.

• If the settlement payment date or the next business day falls on a holiday, please note that it may take an additional delay due to different bank operating hours and processing times.
