Why did I receive cancellation email even though I don't remember cancelling the order?
At Smartpay, we send a cancellation notice when the store cancels your order. Please contact the store where you made your purchase for reasons for the cancellation.
Your order may not be confirmed and then cancelled, if you close your browser or press the back button before the store's order completion screen is displayed after payment with Smartpay, or if there is a problem with the network environment. Please contact the store for detailed order status.
