The verification code Smartpay sends is only valid for a few minutes. This time limit exists to keep your account safe. Please make sure you use the latest verification code sent to your phone number. If the verification code sent by Smartpay still doesn't work, you can request a new verification code by clicking 『コードを受けっとていない。もう一回送る』. You can always contact Smartpay customer support if the issue persists.
