What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?
Smartpay doesn't have any influence over the delivery of your order. It is a process that is fully managed by the Smartpay merchant partners. Many merchants send email or text alerts with status updates and have order status tools available online. Smartpay is unable to amend, adjust, or change orders once they've been approved. This needs to be handled directly by the Smartpay merchant partner. As such, please contact the store where you made your order and ask them for the (expected) delivery status or delivery tracking information.
