How will I receive my refund?

Once the store has issued the refund to Smartpay, this will immediately be reflected on your Smartpay account. Any funds will be transferred back to the card that was used to pay. If you use BankDirect, the refund process usually takes place on the next business day after the store has processed the refund to Smartpay. It may take up to 14 business days for you to confirm the refund on your side.
