How can I change my login password?

You can change your login password by going to
Account > Personal Information > Change Password in the Smartpay app.

Please enter your current password and set a new one, then a 6-digit security code will be sent to your registered phone number.
Once you enter this security code, the password change will be complete.

If you forgot your current password, you can reset it by clicking on "Forgot your password?"
