How can I change my account details (email address, phone number, etc.) ?

You can change your account details from Account > Personal Information on the Smartpay app.

If you have registered your date of birth incorrectly and wish to change it, please contact the Smartpay Support Center with the following information:

  • Your registered full name

  • Registered phone number

  • Registered E-mail address

  • Currently registered date of birth

  • Correct date of birth

We will respond within a few business days.
