What should I do if I'm not receiving the verification code?

The verification code required for registering your Smartpay account will be sent by short message (SMS) or automatic voice call to the mobile phone number you provided.

If you don't receive the verification code, please check the following

  • Please check if you entered the correct phone number. You can reenter the phone number by clicking 『電話番号再入力』

  • You can also try resending the code by clicking 『コードを受けっとていない。もう一回送る』

  • The SMS sent from Smartpay uses international SMS, so please check the international SMS settings of your mobile phone contract. Please refer to your mobile carrier's page for details on SMS settings.
