How do I reset my password?
On your Smartpay Dashboard login page click パスワードをお忘れですか?
Fill out your email address used for accessing your Smartpay Merchant account.
An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
Click the link in the email and choose a new password for your account.
Once done, you should be able to login with your email address and your newly set password.
Do you see an error when providing your email address or did you not receive the email?
This could be due to a number of reasons, but please try the following:
Make sure, if you have multiple email addresses, that you are using the email address you provided to create user access to the Smartpay Merchant Dashboard.
Check your junk mail
It might be possible that you have not been set up as a Merchant User yet. In this case, Smartpay can arrange this for you. Please start by filling out a request now.
